Important Information For All Woodland Vale Holiday Park Caravan Owners

Interruption to Electricity Supply at Woodland Vale Holiday Park from 3pm Sunday 19th April 2009 until 2pm Friday 24th April 2009

As part of our electricity upgrade programme, the electricity supply to the Touring Park and Lakeside area of Woodland Vale will be turned off from 3pm Sunday 19th April 2009 until 2pm Friday 24th April 2009. During this time we advise that you remove all items from your fridge/freezer and ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off.

There is also a possibility that there will be a further interruption to the supply from 3pm Sunday 27th April 2009 until 2pm Friday 1st May 2009. However, we are working towards completing this work in the first week and will notify you in advance if any further interruptions are anticipated.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

When the supply is restored, all touring caravans will have been changed to ‘pay as you go’ card meters and all static caravans situated in the Lakeside area will have been upgraded to 16 amp circuit breakers. All other static caravans will be upgraded to 16 amp circuit breakers approximately 6 weeks later.

If you are a seasonal tourer, this season’s tariff included the first £50 of electricity. Therefore, when you next visit the park, please go to the reception and collect your ‘top up’ cards. Please be aware, that we are unable to replace lost or stolen cards, so we recommend that you keep them in a safe and secure place.

Once you have used the £50 credit you will be required to purchase all additional cards from the park reception. Details relating to card prices can be found in the park reception.

Cards are strictly non-refundable.

If you have any questions or queries, or require further information please do not hesitate to email info@valeholidayparks.com or call 0844 8000 818.
